Leadership assembly

The Leadership Assembly gives you a platform to explore some of your biggest challenges, from strategy to relationships and from sales to process re-design. But it won’t just equip you to lead more effectively – it will also help you grow as a person and to positively influence the world around you.

The Leadership Assembly will do this through a programme of peer to peer monthly meetings bringing aspiring and existing leaders together to discuss their challenges. Leadership needn’t be lonely as you build genuine relationships with fellow leaders who also face the challenges of leadership.

These peer group meetings will be facilitated by one of our expert leadership coaches.

Each half day meeting will tackle a particular topic brought to the group by the participants. With Chatham House rules applying all participants are encouraged to openly discuss the topic, their own experiences, what has worked, what hasn’t worked in order to help find a solution for all. Typical topics will include but not be limited to:

  • Decision Making
  • Delegation
  • Strategy
  • Negotiation
  • Influence
  • Vision
  • Imposter syndrome

Places will be limited to 10 people per cohort.
