Stuart Hartley

Stuart is an experienced start up and scale up professional, growth and leadership development professional with a demonstrable history of delivering leadership and business advice and coaching SME’s and scale ups to innovate and grow their businesses.

He has worked with some of the most innovative and fastest growing engineering and technology start-ups in the country.

In over 15 years of experience he has supported over 2500 people to start and grow a business.

Annabelle

Annabelle has been working as a consultant, coach and trainer for businesses of all sizes and sectors internationally for over 20 years.  Her work with entrepreneurs and business owners focuses on developing the mindset and skill set required for successful business leadership, as well as building the team and infrastructure that every strong business needs.

She is a regular contributor to entrepreneur support programmes, accelerators and initiatives, including Entrepreneurial Scotland, Scale Up Scotland, The West Coast Accelerator, Young Enterprise and has delivered business support workshops for organisations including Barclays Eagle Labs, RBS Business and the CIPD.

Russell

Russell is a regular speaker on all aspects of business funding – from helping businesses to understand the differences between debt and equity through to how to set up a crowdfunding campaign.  He speaks directly at business events, at graduate enterprise events and to audiences of professional intermediaries and business advisors.

In the past 12 months he has had clients appear on TV’s “Dragons Den”; helped businesses raise hundreds of thousands of pounds in equity funding; several millions on commercial loans; hundreds of thousands in peer-to-peer funding and millions of grant funding.  He has spoken at more than 20 events, seminars and workshops.

Jo

Jo is an award-winning creativity, innovation and leadership coach providing coaching and training services to individuals and businesses across multiple sectors, particularly those within the STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) professions.

Jo’s diverse skill portfolio was grounded initially in chemistry research for her doctorate, followed by a lengthy career in police forensics as a practitioner, manager and trainer. Having gone on to diversify her skillset by qualifying as a Professional Leadership Coach, Jo broadened her portfolio with NLP and DISC specialisms. More recently she has enhanced her knowledge and expertise further into the wider theoretical and applied psychology disciplines.

Jo has Diplomas in Personal Performance Coaching and Corporate and Executive Coaching, in addition to her qualifications in NLP and DISC.
